If you’re looking for more information about any of my areas of specialty as a professional, family member, or loved one, I would be happy to meet with you.
Supporting a loved one
If you have a loved one who is experiencing symptoms of an anxiety disorder, you may want more information about the disorder and specific examples of how you can be supportive.
You may feel unsure about approaching your loved one with questions or concerns. If they are in treatment, you may consider joining one of their sessions to briefly meet with their therapist and ask questions (with their permission, of course). If they are not ready for this, I can meet with you to provide psychoeducation and suggestions on how to be supportive while respecting their boundaries.
Serving your client as best you can
If you are a professional working with a client who is experiencing symptoms of an anxiety disorder and would like to learn more about how to provide effective treatment, I can provide consultation. During our meeting, we can also discuss whether your client needs additional services and I will direct you to resources.
Getting Started is Easy
If we are a good fit, we will schedule an appointment after our first call.
During our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk about the symptoms you’d like to target in treatment.
