Online Individual Therapy
I am licensed in the state of California (LMFT #115019) and registered as a telehealth provider in the state of Florida (Telehealth Provider #28). I currently reside in Canada and provide telehealth services exclusively.
Many therapists and clients have adapted to teletherapy as a result of the pandemic. I have worked with clients online for several years now and will support you in navigating teletherapy if it is new to you. I strive to build trustworthy and comfortable relationships with all of my clients so that they are getting the same experience they would with an in-person visit.
CBT requires active participation, including developing and modifying behavioral assignments. Meeting online can facilitate the creativity and refinement that exposure work often requires.
Intensive Online Individual Therapy
If you are experiencing moderate to severe symptoms of an anxiety disorder, I may be able to meet with you more than once per week. If you are interested in this option, please inquire with me to discuss whether this would be an appropriate level of care for you.
Should you require a higher level of care, I am familiar with and can provide referrals to treatment centers that offer intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, or inpatient treatment.
