I’m an OCD and anxiety disorder specialist.
I help clients restore their sense of agency by using evidence-based practices and building a supportive environment for change.
Hi, I’m Crystal
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
I received both my Master of Marriage and Family Therapy, and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern California (USC). For over four years, I worked as a therapist at the OCD Center of Los Angeles and in several partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs.
Before starting my private practice, I was trained by a supervisor with decades of experience treating OCD and related disorders using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure with Response Prevention (ERP), Comprehensive Behavioral Model (ComB), and Habit Reversal Training (HRT). I saw the profound impact that evidence-based treatments had on clients’ lives and decided to continue my specialty training. I have since worked with hundreds of clients struggling with various OCD “themes.”
I have worked with hundreds of clients and am confident that insight and motivation leads to recovery. Though CBT is a very structured treatment modality, I strongly believe in meeting my clients where they are, and work with them collaboratively to achieve their treatment goals.
If you have experience with therapy and are doubtful about its efficacy, I encourage you to read more about my approach here:

Online Individual Therapy
Teletherapy is effective, convenient, and well-suited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I offer teletherapy to residents of California and Florida through a HIPAA-compliant platform called VSee.
Intensive Online Individual Therapy
Depending on your needs, I may be able to offer intensive treatment. Whether you have moderate to severe symptoms or are hoping to make progress in a shorter time frame, intensive treatment may work well for you.
If you want to learn more about any of my specialties as a professional, family member, or loved one, I offer consultation sessions. These sessions may function as a supplement to services you or your loved ones are receiving.
