OCD, Anxiety and BFRB Treatment
Using evidence-based practices.
COVID-19 update: All sessions are held online.
Online Individual Therapy
Teletherapy is effective, convenient, and well-suited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I offer teletherapy to residents of California and Florida through a HIPAA-compliant platform called VSee.
Intensive Online Individual Therapy
Depending on your needs, I may be able to offer intensive treatment. Whether you have moderate to severe symptoms or are hoping to make progress in a shorter time frame, intensive treatment may work well for you.
Professional Consultation
If you want to learn more about any of my specialties as a professional, family member, or loved one, I offer consultation sessions. These sessions may function as a supplement to services you or your loved ones are receiving.
